Anti-microbial resistance takes centre stage

Vaidya's Oath is a theatre project on anti-microbial resistance. Dr
Ajay has been demoted, a punishment transfer from his hospital in
Allahabad to a Primary Health Centre in Katkoot, UP. Uma, his wife, is
from Bengaluru. She can't hack Katkoot. Then she finds out she's
pregnant. Meanwhile, Kamala, a local girl, has a baby boy ill with
sepsis. Can Dr Ajay cure him? And then there's Rahul, a seismologist who
wants to be a stand-up comedian. Will the marriage survive? Will the
baby live? Will Rahul get a laugh? Find out in The Vaidya's Oath by

The play is directed by Jeff Teare, while the artistes are Bhavik Bhandari, Jimmy Xavier, Rebecca Spurgeon, Yeshaswini Channaiah and Arundhati Raja.
It is scheduled to take place on May 29 (3.30 and 7.30 pm) at Ranga Shankara , 36/2 8th Cross II Phase, JP Nagar.
